  • No, you don’t have to share your business emails and passwords with us. Hashcast™ monitors any email associated with your domain (anything that ends with “@yourdomain.com”) that is accompanied by a password or hash that might be found on the surface web, or on the deep or dark web.
  • Hashcast™ monitors:
    1) The surface web; that is, everything that search engines such as Google or Bing are able to index;
    2) The deep web, pages that are inaccessible via conventional search engines, and are not indexed;
    3) The dark web, pages within the deep web that are known for their connection to criminal activity and illegal markets. Generally, these pages are highly encrypted and only the most advanced users are able to access them.
  • No, only people with authority over a company’s domain can register to monitor and receive leakage alerts related to Hashcast™. We validate the persons in authority during the registration process. You can choose which of your company’s emails should receive leakage alerts, including the option to alert the owner of the compromised credential.
